For B2B teams without a sales team

Find the people already looking for what you sell.

Buyerhint watches public conversations for people who ask for a product like yours, complain about a competitor or react to your posts. It scores how well each one fits your ideal customer and drafts the first message. You approve it and send it yourself.

Most buyers never fill in a form. They ask on X, complain on Hacker News and star a competitor on GitHub. Buyerhint hears them first, tells you why they fit, and drafts the message you send.

From a public post to a first message

You describe your customer once. Buyerhint finds the people who just showed they need what you sell, explains why each one fits, and writes a first message from what they said. You decide what gets sent.

  1. Describe who you sell to

Pick the roles, seniority, company size, countries and words your buyers use. This is your ideal customer, and every score is measured against it.

  2. Choose what to listen to

  3. See who fits, and why

Each person gets a score out of 100 with the reason behind every point. Data we don't know earns nothing, so a score never guesses.

  4. Approve the first message, then send it yourself

A draft written from what the person actually said waits in your approval queue. Copy it or open it in your email app. Nothing goes out on its own.

Hi Priya, saw your question about vendor review tools. We built Acme after three years of doing those reviews in spreadsheets. Happy to send the checklist we use, no call needed?

One account, four ways to get customers

Outreach finds buyers who already raised their hand. Creators put you in front of the audiences your buyers follow. Free tools bring people to you, and a launch video gives everyone something to share.

Outreach

People who replied, liked or asked about your problem, ranked by how well they fit.

Track your own posts, your competitors', the people your buyers follow and the keywords they use. Every person gets a score you can read.

  • Signals from X, Hacker News, GitHub, Bluesky and YouTube, plus LinkedIn data you import
  • Work emails found and verified; lookups that find nothing are free
  • Drafts for email, X and LinkedIn wait for your approval. You send each one

How we handle other people's data

The people you reach didn't sign up for this product. These rules are built in, not settings.

Remove your own data
  • Public data and licensed work data only. Hidden or restricted profiles are never collected.
  • Every record shows where it came from and is deleted 12 months after the last public activity we recorded.
  • Anyone can remove themselves in one step, from every customer at once.
  • Nothing goes out on LinkedIn or X until you press send.
  • Plans list exact monthly units. No credits, no countdowns, no crossed-out prices.
  • In the EU, website visitors are identified at company level only.

Questions founders ask first

Does Buyerhint send messages for me?

No. It finds people and drafts the first message. You approve each draft and send it yourself: copy it or open it in your email app. Nothing goes out on LinkedIn or X until you press send.

Where do the signals come from?

Public posts, replies, stars and comments on X, Hacker News, GitHub, Bluesky and YouTube, plus LinkedIn data you export and import. Hidden or restricted profiles are never collected.

How is a score worked out?

You describe your ideal customer: job function, seniority, country, company size and keywords. Each person earns points for what matches and for recent activity, and you see the reason behind every point. Data we don't know earns nothing.

What happens to the data about people?

Every record shows where it came from and is deleted 12 months after the last public activity we recorded. Anyone can remove themselves from every customer at once on the opt-out page.

Do I need a sales team or a CRM?

No. It is built for teams without a sales team. If you use HubSpot you can send people there, or export a CSV.

What does the trial include?

7 days free, no card. The trial has smaller monthly limits than the paid plans; the pricing page lists the numbers.

Prices in units you can count

One plan covers outreach and creators. Each number is a monthly limit; the trial is 7 days, no card.
